Bedtime Stories

I had fun reading bedtime stories to the kids. None of the kids fell asleep, of course. But we had a really good time. No crafts this week because I forgot to buy more construction paper and paperbags to make the "Dinosaur vs. Bedtime" dinosaur character. I gave the kids and myself a workout. We were literally sweating and tired after following the instructions from the Greg and Steve's Kids in Action music cd. We did the song "The Way We Do It". OMG! I'm totally out of shape. The kids enjoyed the books. The parents totally related to the story "I'm Not Sleepy" by Jonathan Allen. The little grumpy kid who refuses to go to sleep and totally crashes after having a complete meltdown. My child was baby owl for sure. I'm a take some home to read to Hayden and see if he will like them. I know he likes "Dinosaur vs. Bedtime" and "Shhhh, Everybody's Sleeping". But I'm not too sure about the others. He's so picky of his books. Well, actually he's picky about everything.

*Dinosaur vs. Bedtime by Bob Shea (Super Hit)

*I'm Not Sleepy by Jonathan Allen (Both parents and kids loved it)
