Just have to say that when you post a sign serving free ice cream to all ages tons of people definitely show up. I couldn't believe how many people showed up and the adults kept coming back for more. Well I tried to be cheap this year. I stayed under $30 by shopping at the Dollar Store... -thanks Clinton Dollar and Dollar Tree , Giant and Factory Card Outlet. I'm always finding ways to save money because I tend end up being broke every year around this time.

Suggestions for next year-too many people complained about it being hot and outside so maybe I will move it to the meeting room so we can freeze. How about that? Maybe try doing a mini storytime with a couple of books while eating the ice cream. Definitely make sure PR sends fliers with the correct date and find out when summer reading kicks off to register more people. Need more volunteers.
