Thanksgiving vacation

Thanksgiving was awesome! My pants fill a little tight maybe because I ate too much and packed on some pounds or it could be natural water weight gain. I'm in denial. It's water weight gain.

When I went to the doctors because I kept catching all these colds and suffering from sneezing, itchy, watery eyes he asked me if I had any pets? I said, yes. I do. My son he's 4 and he brings home all kinds of germs. I have to play with him, feed him, talk to him, love him, put insurance on him, but most importantly he loves me and he's my best friend. He's the closest thing to having a pet. The doctor just laughed.

My son has two pets- Katty and Puppy. Seriously... I'm not a animal lover and no we do not have any REAL pets. But he has grown extremely attached to a tiny stuffed-animal kitten he got from a McDonald's Happy Meal and a floppy-eared stuffed dog he received from an EMT who gave it to him as a gift when we was transported to Children's Hospital after suffering a severe asthma attack when he was a year old. He talks to them like full-blown 4 year old conversations. They respond. He eats. They eat. Where ever he goes, Katty and Puppy follow. Now I have not one pet to take of care but three-him, Katty and Puppy. Yea for me!

Next week I'm doing stories on pets- the good, the bad and the ones you should totally avoid.
