I learned how to use Wink as a graduate student at CUA when I took a class in Multimedia Production. It's a tutorial and presentation authoring software. It's real easy to use to create simple, interactive easy to follow tutorials. Plus you can print out the presentations in PDF formats or post on the Web, etc. Also during my search I can acroos a screen caption software called Jing. Jing is free software that adds visuals to your online conversation. You snap a picture of the screen, edit and add captions to it and instantly send it to others through Twitter, blogs, MySpace, etc. Also you can create short videos using the captured screens. Why spend money on software like Camtasia Studio or Adobe Captivate when you can use free software which works just as well as the high price software.
